Black spinel, diamond, and garnet earrings set in 14k white gold.

A wealthy young woman slips down the stairs of her family home on a Friday evening in 1920s London. The dim lamplight catches on the fringe of her beaded dress and in the deep red garnet drops that hang from each ear.

These earrings, nicknamed Downton, feature a pair of deep wine red garnet briolettes (7.49 tcw) They hang from hexagonal shaped black spinels that are set with the point facing outward (2.17 tcw)  in 14k white gold, and white gold and diamond links (.08 tcw) that add a dash of classic, old world elegance to the set. Each earring measures 1.125" from top to bottom.
